Every violation flagged in your LotCite report has a fixed remediation price. Add up your findings; that’s your engagement. No surprises, no negotiated quotes for the published rate card.

What’s included
- Itemized remediation work for each flagged finding

- Free re-scan on completion (must score ≥ baseline + 30 to be considered remediated)
- Engagement summary letter for your insurer or compliance officer
What’s not included
- Ongoing compliance monitoring (we engage for projects; we don’t subscribe)
- Disputes with prior FTC or state actions (consult counsel separately)
- Migration to a different DMS or CMS
Engagement terms
50% deposit on signed engagement, 50% on re-scan pass.
Typical timeline 2–6 weeks depending on finding count and vendor responsiveness.
Multi-rooftop discounts for groups (5+ rooftops) — discussed in 1:1 conversation.
